Terms of service

1. Seller: Barracão Estilo. Contact: barracaoestilo@barracaoestilo.com.

2. Orders: your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send a dispatch confirmation email. We may decline an order (for example a pricing error or stock issue) and will refund any payment made.

3. Prices: shown in the currency at checkout and include applicable VAT and import duties. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

4. Delivery: see our Shipping & Returns page for costs and times.

5. Right to cancel: you may cancel within 30 days of receiving your goods (longer than the 14 days required by law). See Shipping & Returns for how.

6. Faulty goods: goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. If not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under applicable consumer law.

7. Liability: we do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Complaints: email barracaoestilo@barracaoestilo.com. We aim to reply within 1 working day and resolve within 14 days.

9. Governing law: the law of your country of residence applies to your mandatory consumer rights.
