We ship from our supplier network directly to you, with tracking on every order.

- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel ships.
- Delivery times start from dispatch and are estimates; busy periods and customs checks can add a few days.
- If your parcel hasn't arrived after 15 working days, contact us and we'll investigate and replace or refund it.
Duties & taxes
All import duties and taxes are included in your price. You will not be asked to pay anything extra on delivery.
Returns & refunds
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and request a refund.
- Email barracaoestilo@barracaoestilo.com with your order number within 30 days.
- We'll reply with return instructions. Items should be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us first and we will confirm the return address and arrange the return with you.
- Once we receive and check the item, we refund the original payment method within 3–5 working days.
Damaged or faulty items
If your item arrives damaged or doesn't work, email us within 30 days with a photo or short video. We'll send a free replacement or refund you – you don't need to send the damaged item back.
Your statutory rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your legal rights under UK and EU consumer law.
